General Questions:

Instantly Free is a subscription service you can use to get freebies on Amazon.

How it works is you allow it to sign into your account (don’t worry – it’s totally safe!) and it will search for freebies. When it finds an item that totals $0, it will automatically buy the item and ship it to you.

Because of this:

  • You need to have a Prime membership connected to your account.
  • You want to keep things out of your cart as much as possible. (I recommend adding items to your save for later that you don’t plan on buying immediately)
  • You don’t want to have gift cards connected to your account. It can cause the bot to pause getting you freebies because it messes with the total.

Yes. It costs $49 a month.

The type of freebies you will receive are completely random.

But some examples of things I’ve received in the past include: Clothes, Childrens Toys, Portable Solar Panels, Plant Stand, Car Headlights, Charging Stations for Phones, Hair Dryers, Mini Chainsaw, Comforters, Memory Foam Pillows, Shoes, Milk Frothers, Tote Bags, Jewelry, Cups, Bathroom Faucets, Shower Heads, Car Radios, Gift Sets, and soooooo much more!

Freebies are found randomly. Some days you may receive multiple freebies in a day, some days you may receive nothing. 

But in my personal experience, if you have your account set up to get the max amount of freebies, you will find yourself getting freebies about every other day.

Yes, you may cancel at any time if you decide you do not like using the service.


They will be able to see your purchase history, but they will not be able to see your card numbers, addresses, etc.

No, this is not my bot. I share it with my followers because it’s an easy way to get freebies.

No. If it was a scam, I wouldn’t use it myself.

Also… why would I post scams? Then all my followers would hate me. And then I’d be sad. And no one wants to be sad. 

Member Questions:

All the items the bot buys will be under the “orders” tab on your Amazon account (just like any other normal order you may make). 

From there you can also see when the orders are estimated to arrive at your house. 

Teen accounts are a MUST if you have an Instantly Free account. This is because it will allow you the chance of getting multiple of the same freebie. 

It will NOT cost you more to have teen accounts. 

You are able to add 2 teen accounts onto your household.

A teen account is an extra account that you connect to your current “Amazon Household.” The difference between a teen account and a regular account include a few things:

  • The more teen accounts you have, the more chances you have at getting freebies. For example, if you have 2 teen accounts connected to your household, you will have the chance of getting 3 of the same freebie if enough are in stock!
  • A teen account will require you to “approve” an order. You must accept or decline the order within a certain period of time or the order will automatically decline.
  • A teen account will also allow you to get the “non-freebie deals.” For example, items that are 80%-90% off. The teen account will attempt to make the order, and then you will decide if you want to approve the order or not. It will never spend money without your approval first. 

It is recommended that a teen account is a week old before you start using it. That is because new accounts are monitored more, and you don’t want the account flagged when it starts trying to buy a bunchhhh of items in a day.

If you are not getting ANY freebies, here are the steps to take to make sure your account is set up correctly:

  1. First make sure you are synced. To do this, log into www.instantlyfree.com, then select “Account” from the top right and scroll down. If it shows you are synced, continue to the next step.
  2. Make sure your Prime membership is active. Without a Prime membership, the total will not be $0, therefore the bot will not automatically buy anything.
  3. Double check that a shipping address is selected on your Amazon account. Go to the checkout page on Amazon and see if it asks you to select a shipping address. If it asks you to select a shipping address, that is a problem! You will need to go into your Amazon settings and reset your shipping address as the default shipping address.
  4. Double check that a payment method is automatically selected on your Amazon account. Go to the checkout page on Amazon and see if it asks you to select a payment method. If it makes you select one instead of automatically choosing a payment method, that is a problem! You will need to go to your payment method settings on Amazon and set your preferred card as your default payment option. 
  5. Is there a checkbox at the top of the checkout page on Amazon that says “Use these settings as your default settings next time?” If so, that is a problem! You will need to set your default shipping address and payment method in your Amazon settings. 
  6. Check to make sure you do not have a gift card balance or credits from a return. If you do, you will need to use these credits up before the bot will continue purchasing freebies for you.
  7. Make sure your Amazon account is set to English. If it is not, please change the language to English in your Amazon settings. 
  8. Once you have checked all these possible issues, log into your Instantly Free account and click “re-sync” next to the account you are having issues with. This will give it a new session and a new connection which can help.  

Note: Re-syncing can be done at any time to give your account a new fresh connection.

Sometimes the freebies can slow down because of a couple different reasons:

  • Freebies tend to be slower on weekends.
  • Freebies tend to be slower during “Chinese holidays” because many sellers on Amazon are from China.

Be patient – it will go back to normal with time. The good days always out-weigh the bad! 

Not all items have enough in stock for everyone. For example, there may be 500 people signed up for the service, but only 100 of a freebie in stock – therefore there wouldn’t be enough for everyone.

The bot will randomly distribute freebies to the members that are signed up. 

But sometimes there are LOTS in stock of an item, letting everyone score! 

Once again, it is totally random. 

Some people use the bot to resell to get their money back or to make some extra money – which is totally fine!

The process of reselling depends on HOW you want to resell. There is Ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Rummage sales. Lots of options!

To find the best price to resell, try looking at “sold” listings of similar items on either Ebay or Facebook Marketplace to see what the item is going for. This is the best way to determine how much you may be able to get out of it.

Ebay is best for people who want to ship items and not meet people in person.

Facebook Marketplace is great for people who don’t want to ship items and prefer to sell local.

Rummage sales are great for people who prefer to try to sell everything at once so they don’t have to waste multiple days trying to meet up with people or go to the post office to ship items.

Some people even make a private group on Facebook with their friends and family to post items. Then their friends/family can just stop by their house to grab the item and pay you!

No matter what option you choose, make sure you are using good pictures of the items to promote it. Pictures can make or break a sale!
